John E. Schaefer, Jr., born in Rockville Centre, NY, August 17, 1946; admitted to bar 1973, New York; 1975, US District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Education: Marist College (B.A., 1968); New York Law School (J.D., 1972). Member: New York County Lawyers Association (Member, Real Property Law Committee, 1974 - 1977). June 1st, 2000 became counsel to Albanese & Albanese LLP.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Schaefer was an officer of a New York City based money center banking institution and then a member of the real estate loan and investment committee of a respected mutual life insurance company. He was previously a partner at an A.V. rated law firm founded in 1937 and a member of the New York County Lawyers Association.

Mr. Schaefer handles matters involving real estate, banking, insurance, corporate, partnership and commercial issues.
